Ulster Champion in St Patrick’s

St. Patrick’s Primary School (Hilltown) pupil is Ulster Champion

P7 pupil Sean Og Cowan wins U13 Ulster schools handball final in a nail-biting tie-break contest.

Played in Gort na Mona GAC Belfast Sean Og saw off the challenge of Antrim (Quarter final), Cavan (Semi final) and Tyrone (final) to lift the Cumann na mBunscoil Ulster title. He now goes on to represent his province in a festival of National Handball next Saturday Apr 2 in Kingscourt Cavan where he takes on the rest of Ireland in what can only be described as a very proud moment for his family, school, club, county and province.
