Tennis with Christian was the first new After School class introduced this year. Christian is a tennis coach in local tennis clubs - Rathfriland, Banbridge and Downpatrick. It has been a long time from tennis was offered as an After School class. This sport teaches hand to eye co-ordination which is an essential skill for children to learn. The boys and girls have been learning the correct stance they need to have when hitting the ball. They have been working on forehand, backhand and the volley strokes to develop into a game.
Christian will be offering a new block of Tennis after Halloween.
