Ashley Johnston joined us on Tuesday to demonstrate spinning wool as part of our Wool Innovator Project.
We thoroughly enjoyed this lesson and we were fascinated by the process.
Ashley discussed with us the properties of wool and talked us through the whole process from sheep- wool.
We were fascinated that leaving the wool in rainwater for 2 weeks is the best way to clean wool.
We got to take part in carding and spinning wool. Enjoy our pictures and videos.
