P7 complete Heartstart Training

P7 boys and girls have been working with Ms McNeill every Wednesday to complete their Heartstart training. They have learned how to deal with a Conscious Casualty, An Unconscious Casualty, Bleeding, Choking, Signs of a Heart Attack and Cardiac Arrest. The children had to work on being Recovery Position and CPR. They had to demonstrate they were confident with these procedures and how to treat bleeding, choking and ringing 999/112 for an ambulance to receive their certificate of completion.
