Primary three and four have been learning about Autumn 🍂 so they took their learning outside the classroom to look for signs of autumn. On their walk they saw many different coloured leaves and were able to use their previous work on adjectives to describe the leaves. Crispy, crunchy, slippery, colourful, vibrant and rustic were used to describe their shape, size, colour and texture. It was a lovely walk around our school grounds. We called into thank God for the world we live in and even met some of our grandparents saying a prayer. We picked some of the apples 🍏 🍎 opfrom our own orchard in our school garden. The next day we did our Autumn writing.
