The boys and girls came to school dressed as a character from a book 📚. They showed us the book and described their character. They also took a picture of themselves reading in unusual places. Today was a good opportunity to promote reading and realise that when you read a book it can take you anywhere in your imagination.
We also celebrated international Woman’s Day and learnt about how women were treated unfairly in the past and unequal. Thankfully this is changing in the world.
