P1 want to be as good as P2 on a Friday! They use their sound knowledge to write down some of the P2 spellings when P2 are doing their spelling test 😁.
Now P1 have most of the Jolly Phonics sounds completed they are able to write a few short dictation sentences on whiteboards while P2 are doing their spelling dictation sentences.
It’s great to see everyone progressing at this stage in P1.
