Last week just before a new pope was announced we had a special assembly in memory of Pope Francis. The children talked about how Pope Francis looked after everyone, especially those people in need. We were amazed at how much our children knew about Pope Francis. We prayed for Pope Francis and there is a beautiful memory table in our Foyer honouring his life. They also discussed how a new pope would be elected. Little did we know that by that evening the conclave would appoint a new Pope. Thank you for P3-P7 who explained it all so well. Some lovely cards and prayers were made by the children and sent to Rome.
