Primary two have started working on number stories. They have been using Numicon and practical materials to help them visually see how a number can be split into two sets to add up to the same total. Children also get the opportunity to work in pairs to build a story of a number while their partner records each sum.
Primary one are finishing off the topic of finding the same. They also used practical materials to find the two which are the same, then finished off with colouring pictures that are the same.
