Holy Week is an important week in the Catholic Church. The pupils have been learning about the events each day of Holy Week leading up the the death and resurrection of Jesus. We visited the church and looked at the various items and went around the stations. We were joined with Mrs Reavey’s class who were also visiting the church. We lit a candle and said a prayer.
Look at our beautiful Easter Bonnett creations. A big thank you to both the parents and children for their effort and creativity.
Miss Magee helped us to make an Easter Wreath. Aren’t they lovely? This was followed by an Easter egg hunt outside. Thank you to Maggie who brought in an egg for everyone.
