Healthy Kids - rolling

Our Healthy Kids coach Cliodhna has been building the children’s gymnastics/fundamental skills over the last few weeks to allow them to move onto the skill of rolling today. 

The children worked on log roll, egg roll, rock and roll, teddy bear roll and forward roll (extension forward roll to stand).
