Gaelic Games in St Patrick's

We have had a busy year developing our Gaelic games skills through weekly coaching after school with the dedicated support of our teachers through girls football, boys football, camogie and hurling! We’ve attended numerous tournaments through Cumann na mBunscol, post primary school blitzs, and in partnership with the McConville family, our very own Connor McConville Tournament! We’ve taken part in quizzes and we’re even the school winners in using the Irish language whilst playing football! We’ve had great fun through ensuring all our children were given the best opportunities to develop their skills to the highest level, building skill, confidence and resilience along the way! Sincere thanks to our teachers and Mrs Oonagh McClorey, as well as Ambrose Rodgers and Danny Toner, who provided coaching for a variety of classes during the year, and Clonduff GAC for allowing us to use their playing fields.
