First Holy Communion

Congratulations to all our P.4 pupils who received the sacrament of First Holy Communion today. It was a windswept Hilltown but the children and their parents and grandparents were happy to be able to celebrate this special occasion.

Thanks to the children for their wonderful participation in both masses. Thanks to Father Byrne for making the masses so meaningful and thanks to Des McNeil for all his help. Every child did their part perfectly and they were a credit to their parents and to the school. Thanks to the teaching staff and support staff at the school for the preparation of the children and their help today.

Our prayer for each child is that they will come to know Jesus as their special friend more and more as they grow.
