Diocesan Visit
Primary 2 had a very special visitor in their classroom today as we welcomed Mrs Joan Aldridge our Diocesan Advisor for Catholic schools.
The children listened carefully to a lovely story called Drawing God. This helped the children to think abut God in a simple and meaningful way and how we all see God differently. Afterwards, the boys and girls shared their ideas about what they think God looks like and talked abut the places where they feel God is around them, such as at home, in school and in nature.
To finish, the children took part in a prayer using actions. This was a lovely way for them to express their feelings and finish the session calmly together.
We are very grateful for such a special visit and for the opportunity it gave our Primary 2 children to grow in their faith in such an enjoyable way.
