P1 and P2 had a fun day with Liz learning about how important it is to feed the birds during winter. She read them a story to help them understand how short the day is for the birds to find food and how difficult it is to find food in winter. The children made up some food chains with blueberries, cranberries and popcorn. They hung them out on our trees at the outdoor learning classroom so the birds can easily get some food during this cold wet weather.
